Washington has been all the rage with talk of change lately, but it hasn't been limited to inside the White House. The DMV's Music community is feeling that change, making 2009 the perfect time to get new local music out. Diamond District is a new collaboration from the DMV (DC, Maryland, Virgina) XO, YU and Oddisee. The 1st single off thier new album is hot shit to me. Very boom-bap "95ish", with a ODB hook.
